Rachel is a go-getter, dream-catcher, and inspiration to young women everywhere. When she wants something, she'll do everything she can to get it, making her one of the most determined and beautiful women we know! Keeping a humble and self-less vibe about her, she's one of our favourite GirlBosses! 

What advice would you give to your 15 year old self? 
Trust in yourself and to continually put in 100% effort into everything that comes into you path.

What makes you proud to be a woman? 
I’m proud to be a women because a lot of the time we can all bind together and get things done when needed. We take pride in the things we achieve without feeling the need boast about it, we get in there and we get it done without the thought of ‘what can I get out of this’.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?
The biggest challenge in my career is learning how to handle certain situations in the right manner. As cabin crew we have to be sure we’re making the right decisions regarding security, safety and making sure customers are being well looked after.

What did you want to be when you grew up? 
When I was growing up I originally wanted to be a police officer (this still happens to be a dream of mine), little did I know I’d take a completely different path into the aviation industry! In 10 years time I hope to have had the chance to be a Cabin Crew member for an international airline and potentially have applied for the QLD Police Force.

Who inspires you the most and why?
The women that inspires me the most is unsurprisingly my mum, throughout my childhood and now. I’ve always looked up to her and everything she does, from continually moving onward and upward in her work and also in our home life. If I’m half the mother to my kids that she is to both my brother and I, I’ll be one happy lady.
